Too often "problems" are what most businesses hear about and little about the high percentage of "happy" stories. As a businessman I know that we must strive to keep the customer happy (within reason) and I wanted to tell you that I have been extremely happy with your service department. I know that problems will happen and things don't always work out just as planned, but your service team has always done what they said in a professional and timely manner, and are to be congratulated. I have dealt with several RV service departments over the last 10 years and for the most part have not been pleased, and I find that too common in the RV industry. Your staff is great.

I hit the jackpot when I called your dealership trying to locate a particular RV and purchased it there. I have had nothing but pleasant experences and will continue to drive the 400+ miles from S. Mississippi when I need service or any future RV help. Thanks to all of you…. HAVE A GREAT, AND PROSPEROUS, NEW YEAR!

Dear [John Bleakley],

I want to express my gratitude for the kind and wonderful service I received at your RV Service Center.  I was in Perry, GA for a RV Rally when my generator transfer switch went out on my 2005 Holiday Rambler Endeavor.  I made contact with your sales persons that were at the Rally and they referred my to your service facility in Unadilla, GA.  I called that location and made phone contact with Mr. Glen McCormick.  He made an appointment for me the next morning also letting me know that he had all the necessary parts and that they could make it a quick turn-around if I was able to get to the Service Department early that next day.

I was at there the next morning about ten minutes prior to the appointment time.  There I was approached by Mr. McCormick who advised that they were ready to open and directed me to the lounge for a hot cup of coffee.  At eight o’clock we started the paperwork and then got my coach in for the necessary repairs.  They explained to me the work that needed to be done and by nine thirty, my coach was ready.

The members of your service team were all so very cordial, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Again, I wish to thank them for the services they provided to me.  The lead person on this service was Glen McCormick.  He is an asset to your company and he is very professional as to how he conducts business in your name.

Sincerely,

L. White

Dear Mr. Bleakley:

I have often heard the complimentary remarks about your organization from my motorhoming friends. Last month, I experienced the professional service and courtesy that I'd heard about.

While traveling cross-country with two other motorhomes, my generator and over the road heating system suddenly failed to funciton. I called Glen McCormick and asked if I could be worked into their already busy schedule. Glen complied, and on April 18, George Morris repaired both of the items and had us on our way. He also repaired a step on another Blue Bird traveling with us, a repair that several other facilities had failed to make.

While waiting for the repairs to be made, we had a nice visit with Bryan Hays and Russell Borders, whom we had met when they were with Blue Bird, as well as Hank Arnold.

We could not have been more impressed with your operation, thank you.

Sincerely,

R.Jack

Dear Mr. Bleakley,

On APril 18, along with our friend Ron Jack, We had the pleasure of having our coach serviced at your Unadilla facility. Even with a full service schedule, service manager Glen McCormick found time to have technician, George Morris, repair our automatic step and the vent cover over the kitchen safety vent. The work was done quickly and professionally...almost a first for us.

We've owned a 1991 Bluebird Wanderlodge for some 3 years. In the first year of ownership our coach turned over and we've been working to get it back to its original state. We've had work done at several repair facilities by several technicians. This is our first visit to your facility but certainly not the last. It's good to know the technician working on your coach really knows your coach. George and Glen are to be commended.

Thanks to you and your entire staff for maintaining a higher standard in RV sales and service. Your facility is the cleanest we've ever seen. You are truly the exception not the rule.

Most Sincerely,

The Rosellens,
Oceanside, CA

I would like to take a moment to share a most positive experience with our recent visit to Bleakley in Douglasville. So often we take time only to tell folks when they have failed to meet our expectation. Our visit to your store was such a delight that I just had to share it with you.

Nearing retirement from my medical practice my wife Debbie and I have just begun looking at various RV options. We were well aware of Holiday Rambler’s reputation for quality and decided to visit the store while recently in the Atlanta area. Our good fortune began when we had Richard Green as our sales agent. Little did we know when he warmly extended his hand in greeting that we had such an outstanding fellow to assist us. My family owned and operated a Ford car and farm equipment dealership in Western Kentucky for over 40 years. Having grown up leaning against car fenders I well understand the value of a good salesperson and the representative face they put on the dealership. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, candid and honest with answers to our questions, and patient beyond belief in educating two newcomers to the RV field including an opportunity for each of us to drive the particular motor home of our interest.

Richard got us an unbelievable price on the very front without playing the classic sales game of “back and forth”. He was quite honest in telling us the dealership wanted us to be happy with our purchase, and would be ready to sell us when we were ready to buy and not a minute before. This approach spoke volumes about the dealership and its philosophy in dealing with their customers.

I have found over time the ultimate test of character of a dealership not at the beginning of the visit but rather at the end as one walks off lot irrespective of whether the purchase is made. Bleakley met that challenge with flying colors. Although we are still in the process of deciding if we are ready to make the leap to RV’ing we have at least decided where we want to do business when that time comes.

Congratulations to your dealership and to your salespeople for such an outstanding organization.

Sincerely,

G. W. Thomas, MD

My husband, Rick and I recently purchased a Class A motorhome by finding you on the web. He drove to Unadilla, GA from Maryland to pick it up and by the time he brought it home felt totally drained from the long drive. It wasn't until after he brought it home that he realized he'd made a dire mistake. Originally we looked at both Class A and C motorhomes in Virginia at a dealership and I kept insisting to my husband that a Class C would suffice for what we wanted to use it for. (short weekend escursions and a summer vacation to Florida to see our family). I think the reason he went for a Class A in the first place was because a man who we'd met who had a Class A said, "go bigger than you think you want because you might be sorry". Well, it was the opposite with us. We both were very grieved in our spirits about the mistake we'd made. I encouraged my husband to call Charlie (our salesperson) and explain the situation to see if it was possible to exchange it for a Class C. Ironically he said that he had "just gotten in some new Class C's" (which, by the way were not on the lot when he was in GA). We immediately went to your website and looked at two that interested us and found one that we both fell in love with. Bleakley was very accommodating in the transition and even had our new RV delivered right to our door. They were able to take the Class A back to GA without my husband (who has a bad back) having to drive back down there to get our new one. We love our new '06 Winnebago Outlook. (our kids love the extra sleeping space over the cab too). Granted, it's not as luxurious as the one we originally bought (a Winnebago Itasca Suncruiser) but despite this, it has alot of the amenities of a Class A at a fraction of the cost. (and I got my window in the back on this one). This was an answer to prayer as he was dreading having to drive 750 miles to get the new RV, so we are very pleased with the service and dedication of your staff. We especially want to thank Charlie, our salesperson, Greg, the sales manager and Frank, the Finance Manager. We also want to commend Valorie for her exceptional phonemanners...she was always so sweet and we love her accent! Thank you, Bleakley RV and God bless you!

I forgot to mention the names of the persons who delivered our new RV to us in MD; Jim and his wife, Gail. They were wonderful; very personable and friendly and I did not want them to feel left out after thanking several other people at Bleakly. Just wanted to add this addendum to let then know how much we really appreciated them bringing us our new RV, despite the impending snow which was on its way. Thanks again Jim and Gail and God bless!

We stopped at two of your RV locations recently. We were in the area visiting a friend and found we needed a few parts and some expert advice. We did not purchase our Beaver from you and we were not sure how we would be received. WELL we are here to tell you we were treated like your number 1 customer. From the very first telephone call I made to your location for directions to the minute we left your parking area we were treated by EVERYONE like we were the only customer you were helping that day.

I want to especially commend Jim Harrelson for taking time to help us at the end of the day. You were getting ready to close and it actually was after closing time when we arrived. He stayed to help us look for some parts. The lady in the parts department stayed as well helping us. They didn't mention that they were closing. THEY were great. We were advised that we would need to visit your location that handles Beavers to buy the parts we needed. We came by that location the next morning. WOW..We couldn't believe the service we received and we didn't even have an appointment. Ray Horne assisted us with some parts and offered some suggestions to help with a problem we were encountering with our RV. We also were assisted by Jeremy and Jason. They were extremely knowledgeable about Beaver RV's and quite helpful. They both took the time to walk out to the coach and look at the problem we were encountering. They made suggestions as to how we could remedy the problem. WOW and we didn't even buy our coach from you.

Guess where we will be coming for service and to buy a new coach when we are ready. We will definitely tell anyone we meet on the road that your locations are the place to go for service and sales.

THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!

We recently purchased a 2000 Fourwinds Windsport 33SL. That wasn’t our intention when we stopped to look at several units parked at Sam’s Club in Columbus, GA. After walking thru several coaches we came to this one. When we first walked in our reaction from each other surprised both of us. This is what we perceived as one we would be willing to purchase. After talking with Greg Waid for almost a week he helped us figure out a way we could purchase this coach and feel that it would not put us in a bind. After all, what good is an RV if you can’t afford to use it? Everyone at John Bleakley Unadilla has been extremely helpful and curtious. Whenever we have called for any reason they have never failed to answer our call or return our calls. Anyone planning to purchase a motorhome or just wanting to window shop my wife and I highly suggest John Bleakley.
